What exactly is a Pip?
A Pip (Percentage in Point) is the standard unit of measurement for price movement in forex trading. For most currency pairs, it is the fourth decimal place (0.0001). However, for pairs involving the Japanese Yen (JPY), the pip is the second decimal place (0.01).
